New reports reveal the legendary Hollywood actress will be sitting down with the RHOBH cast for Part 1 of the upcoming Season 12 reunion, which none of the Bravo stars saw coming. While Curtis, 63, might appear to some as an unexpected guest to join the famed housewives, the Halloween Ends star actually has a connection that runs deep with one of show’s the cast members. Kyle Richards, one of the biggest names on the reality series, actually appeared in Curtis’ original Halloween film in 1978 when she was just a young girl. She later returned to reprise her character as an adult in Halloween Kills (2021), and will also be featured in the upcoming final installment of the reboot trilogy, Halloween Ends. While fans of the cult classic film wait to see the two actresses reunite again in Haddonfield, Curtis is first making a stop in Beverly Hills to star as an “honorary housewife,” as Bravo host Andy Cohen called her. During the a preview clip of the upcoming reunion episode, Curtis reminisced on her previous appearance on RHOBH during Season 12 where she promoted her charity My Hand In Yours, for the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. “I had the best—unexpected best—time I’ve ever had and the result was unexpected,” Curtis told the cast, while adding, “My appearance was the single biggest day in the history of my charity.” The Freaky Friday star also revealed that she has now rebranded her charity as “the CHicest CHildren’s CHarity” in honor of Dorit Kemsley, who she said “changed my company.” But of course the OG Scream Queen couldn’t resist bringing the Halloween spirit into the conversation, as she gifted all of the women a festive pumpkin with their faces carved out. Richards, now 53, also touched on her relationship with Curtis during the clip, telling Cohen, “It’s not lost on me that this is a very rare and unique relationship that we have.” You can hear more about what Richards and Curtis had to say during Part 1 of the Season 12 reunion, which airs on Bravo Wednesday, Oct. 12 at 8 p.m. EST.
