The Me Time actor himself pointed out the uncanny resemblance he shares with his 12-year-old, captioning the Dec. 27 post with: “They say we look alike? 💕👼” The picture in question—one of Wahlberg sporting long, wavy locks from back in the day—was positioned alongside a current snap of his daughter Grace, as she posed with a brown horse. In the captures, the two rocked almost identical hairstyles in length and color, with the only major difference being that the young actor wore his tresses side-parted with a front swoop tucked behind his ear, while Grace opted for a more tame and trendy middle part. The comments erupted with people agreeing that the tween appeared as the Instant Family star’s spitting image. “Y’all twinning. My daughter & I too :)” Mario Lopez wrote, as one fan referred to the facial expression the pair shared, noting, “Y’all definitely got the ‘Wahlberg Squint’.” “Twins before I even saw this photo. She is Markina. 😂” another added. The actor’s wife and Grace’s mom Rhea Durham Wahlberg dropped in with a few emojis: “♥️💖👯♂️👨👧❤️🔥❣️” Several followers pointed to where the look originated from—2001’s Rockstar, the musical comedy-drama he starred in alongside Jennifer Aniston. “One of your best movies still ever to date. Besides Boogie Nights of course.” one Instagrammer penned, while another said it was their “FAVE Movie EVER!” Still, many others simply wrote “stand up and shout,” a memorable line that anyone who watched the film would be able to pick up on. The Golden Globe nominee often documents his fatherhood journey via social media, from celebrating Grace’s equestrian wins to golfing with his sons. Mark and his family-of-six recently moved from Los Angeles to Nevada in order to “be able to give [his] kids a better life to follow and pursue their dreams,” he told “The Talk” co-hosts in October.
